Pamela Dubin Beaty created Philanthropy Concierge to deliver breakthrough solutions to donors and their causes. She is a passionate and enthusiastic advisor, partner and veteran of cutting-edge advocacy initiatives, fundraising and philanthropy projects.
With over two decades experience in the public, private, political, charitable and non-profit sectors in the US and Israel, Pamela provides key and emerging leaders with the best of her cross-cultural and international experience.
Pamela was the Executive Director of the US based 501c3 Rabin Alliance (following the assassination of Israeli Prime Minister Rabin z”l) and worked with a Board of Directors that included Gershon Kekst, Sanford Weill, S. Daniel Abraham and Bernard Rappaport.
- Executed fundraising strategy across the US to support Israeli civil society projects with multilateral stakeholders
- Advised the former head of the Israeli Defense Forces and Prime Minister Ehud Barak
- Co-directed the first online fly-to-vote program Kesher.
Pamela was also the Senior Program Advisor to elite philanthropist Lynn Schusterman at the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation and:
- Represented Trustee in multilateral national philanthropic partnerships (Birthright/Taglit, PEJE, TCI)
- Pioneered and piloted CEO grantee conferences in the US and Israel
- Assessed, analyzed and evaluated millions of dollars of grant requests from the US and Israel.
- Advised President and Trustees on pilot program for first ROI global conference and
- Furthered the foundations efforts including policy, advocacy, education, health, welfare, the arts and civil society projects with philanthropists, stake-holders and leadership.
As an advisor and ‘Thinking Partner ‘to philanthropist Jim Hakes and Spirit of America, Pamela worked with volunteers and US Marines to support soldiers serving in Afghanistan, Iraq and Africa. She also advised Maggie Anderson in her role as an emerging leader focused on business ownership through the Empowerment Experiment.

Pamela holds a BA in Political Science from University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MA in Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
